Youth Baseball Network has finalized its schedule for the 3rd annual YBN National Championship in Branson, Missouri.
The 2017 YBN Championship will take place August 16-19 at Ballparks of America in Branson.
The 2017 12U Champions from several national amateur baseball organizations World Series will earn a free berth to America’s most prestigious invitational youth baseball national championship.
Eight Championship teams will arrive in Branson on Tuesday, 15 August, with the tournament beginning Wednesday afternoon. The Championship will be a double elimination format, with each team guaranteed a minimum of three games.
The amateur baseball organizations sending their champions will be: American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC), Athletic Union of the United States (AAU), Continental Amateur Baseball Association (CABA), Dixie Youth Baseball (DYB), Dizzy Dean Baseball (DDB), National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF), and the Jacoby Ellsbury Indigenous World Champions. Greater Midwest Baseball of St. Louis will provide the host team consisting of players from Missouri.
Multiple games are scheduled to be produced and streamed live on YouthBaseballNetwork.com and the Amateur Sports Broadcasting Network (ASBN.tv). The Finals, will also be distributed to millions of TVs, nationwide, via ASBN’s content distribution partners.
In addition, several activities are planned for the teams, including a “Ride the Ducks” tour of Branson and a special Opening Ceremony at the Branson Landing. Branson offers multiple attractions and show for “kids of all ages” – and is the ultimate family-friendly destination in America.
