The 3rd Annual Youth Baseball Network National Championship, recently held in family-friendly Branson, Missouri, was a major success.
The 2017 YBN Championship was the first year in which the tournament was streamed live on YouthBaseballNetwork.com and ASBN.tv and played at the fabulous Ballparks of America youth baseball complex.
The Championship, which was won by the New Jersey Axemen representing the National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF), was highlighted by country music star Jason Pritchett, who sang the National Anthem on Championship Saturday, plus an exciting fireworks display performed by Premier Pyrotechnics on Friday evening.
Jason Pritchett is leading the charge for the NEW REVOLUTION of country music. Jason's first 3 radio songs have blazed into the top 40 charts in record time. In Jason's first week on the charts, he was the highest debuting artist with his single "Good Show" topping out at #16, earning him "Red Carpet" status at the CMA awards in Nashville TN. Jason has performed on tour, with performances opening for Tyler Farr, Lee Brice, Thomas Rhett, Old Dominion and Kelly Pickler to name a few.
In addition to the fireworks display on Friday, Premier Pyro also provide special sound effects during the YBN Championship Finals on Saturday. The official sponsor of the fireworks and sound effects was Big Foot on the Strip.
In all, it was a great addition to an exciting week of baseball played by 12U Champions of several national amateur baseball organizations.
